Chris Heard is a licensed home inspector in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He has been involved in nearly every aspect of the construction and maintenance process of residential and commercial properties over the last 20 years. He earned his Journeyman Carpenter Certification after a four-year apprenticeship with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. Chris is also a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). He is both licensed and insured to perform your home inspection in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
